Get started  

You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

• Insert your Lycamobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on
• Register your SIM online
• Top-up your Lycamobile
• You can now make and receive calls and SMS from your Lycamobile
 

Help
If your mobile phone is locked it may show one of the following messages when you insert your Lycamobile SIM: 'Invalid SIM' or 'Insert SIM'. Unlocking your mobile phone is easy – simply call our Customer Services team for advice.

 

Top-up your balance  
  • You can buy Lycamobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer or online at www.lycamobile.de. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.
    To top up your balance using your Lycamobile in the Germany, either:
  • Enter *131*PIN#, press send, and your credit will be added instantly: or
  • Dial 321 and follow the instructions.

You can top-up your Lycamobile credit from another phone, or while you are abroad:

  • Dial +4915211000321 and follow the instructions. 
Check your balance  

 

You can check your balance at anytime.

To check your balance using your Lycamobile in the Germany, either:

  • Enter *131# (or 94#), press send, and your balance will be shown on your mobile phone screen; or
  • Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance

To check your balance while you are abroad

  • Dial +4915211000321 and follow the instructions.

Access your voicemail  

Your Lycamobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. Using your Lycamobile Voicemail you can:

  • Listen to messages left for you
  • Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
  • Personalise your voicemail settings
  • Select your preferred language
  • Set your voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones.
  • To access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in the Germany
  • Dial 121 (or 91#)

You can check your voicemail from another phone in Germany or when abroad. Simply use your Lycamobile to call the voicemail menu and follow the instructions to set up a voicemail access code.

  • Dial +4915211000121.
  • Follow the instructions to enter your Lycamobile number.
  • Follow the instructions to enter your Voicemail access code.

Choose your own language  

 

You can select the language to be used for your Lycamobile Voicemail and Top up service. To select your preferred language:

  • Dial 321 (or 92#)
  • Select the ‘Settings’ menu.
  • Select the ‘Change Language’ option.
  • Select your preferred language

View your Lycamobile number  

You can view your Lycamobile number on your mobile screen. To have your Lycamobile number displayed:

  • Dial *132# or (97#)

Use your Lycamobile abroad – roaming
